Paul Sheldon - Green Prisons Bio
Paul Sheldon is a senior development consultant that has provided development assistance to numerous agencies, for-profit, non-profit, public benefit, social change, social justice, and community development organizations. He specializes in green re-entry planning; green jobs development; greening correctional institutions; organization development; neighborhood, organizational, regional, and national sustainability; sustainable agriculture; resource efficiency planning; implementing sustainability; fund raising; board development; and staff training. He consults widely for correctional institutions, businesses, governments, non-profit groups, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists.
Paul served as primary author for reports on Economic and Energy Alternatives to proposed coal mining on the Navajo Nation, solar potential on Black Mesa, the REEL in Alaska Roadmap to energy efficiency in the Railbelt Region around Anchorage, and the Fairbanks First Fuel Analysis, documenting opportunities for efficiency improvements in electricity use in Fairbanks, Alaska. He has also authored scholarly articles on the Helix of Sustainable Management and the Integrated Bottom Line. As part of his commitment to greening America’s prisons and jails, Paul served as primary author for the Greening Corrections Technology Guidebook published by the National Institute of Justice National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center of Excellence as well as the American Correctional Association’s Policy and Standard on Environmentally Responsible and Sustainability-Oriented Practices, and publishes a monthly article on greening corrections on the Green Prisons website and on www.CorrectionsOne.com.

Mr. Dubose showed us in detail the contents of the magazine which is distributed to inmate tablets at 150 facilities around the country. There are are also Employer and Jobs links on the website. Bonita Fahy Bio
Bonita Fahy is currently the School Director at Nevada School of Professional Studies (NSPS). Bonita has an extensive Workforce Development background. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College. Additionally, she is the author of Guilty: The Inside Truth; a national speaker on re-entry and family-reunification issues; a mentor; and a dedicated community-change agent.
Mrs. Fahy is very committed and driven to improving Workforce Develop and its delivery of service in Southern Nevada. Through Mrs. Fahy's strength-based management approach, the programs she has led has received a combined total of fifteen (15) Promising Practices, which is the equivalent of setting innovative industry standards worthy of recognition. Through her advanced degree and formal training with her former employer, KRA Corp., Mrs. Fahy is strongly rooted in the Malcom Baldrige system for "Continuous Quality Improvement "to strategize, develop, and implement system changes to improve service delivery and programmatic designs. Bonita stated, "Plan to succeed. Success is not only a choice; it is a process that takes planning and hard work. We have to be committed to going that extra mile not only for ourselves, but for the communities we live in and serve.“
Bonita Fahy is known in the Workforce Development community for her leadership, partnerships, creativity, compassion, community knowledge, and dedication to jobseekers and employers in the Las Vegas Valley. She joined the NSPS team from KRA Corp. as the Director of One-Stop Operations for Southern Nevada. As the Director of One-Stop Operations her role was to advocate for and create change in the One-Stop Delivery System (OSDS) under WIOA and in partnership with the seventeen (17) mandated partners as it relates to system integration in Southern Nevada. In addition, she developed innovative communication, policies, and procedures on system processes and operations.
